      Sat in on Dr. Kathy's Hormone Balance Seminar. This lady is doing some cutting edge stuff folks. Really gets at the root cause of what makes our bodies do what they do.   •   Dr. Kathy came into my life at a time when I needed her the most. After trying all the different types of "diets" out there and failing at each of them, I was beginning to feel hopeless and starting to seriously consider gastric bypass surgery. Dr. Kathy's program showed me a better way that involves realistic lifestyle changes that I can follow through with. Before meeting Kathy and her team I thought that I knew everything there was to know about eating healthy and living an active life, but I was so wrong. Dr. Kathy genuinely cares about each of her clients and tailors each plan to their individual needs with her extensive knowledge on nutrition, hormones, and living a happier and active life.       Dr Kathy's program is outstanding. She is empathetic and she listens. She knows what she's talking about. No snake oil here. The program is pretty easy; the 21 day detox is remarkable in its results. I did well and had no side effects: cravings, headaches, or gastro-intestinal stress. I increased muscle, reduced body fat, reduced inches, and felt much better. Except for 'feeling much better,' all results were quantifiable. It is important to note that this program involves a certain amount of self-discipline and the associated behavioral change. Everyone's results will differ (some will lose more weight and some less weight). What is most demonstrable from the program is that I just felt really better. It's amazing when you go on this program and then you re-introduce some of the things you ate in the past(in moderation) and feel how that affects you. To put it simply - it is dramatic. Cause and effect. I am so glad that I went on that program! Thanks for opening my eyes.
